Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products which are perishable all sales are final. However, if for some reason our product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at plantbasedforlifebakery@gmail.com and we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution to resolve the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Info
Plant Based for life Bakery ships to physical addresses within the lower 48 states. We do not ship to PO boxes or APOs. The minimum order size for shipping is one dozen scones, or cookies. A dozen scones are $39.00 and a dozen cookies $30.00. Shipping fees are $22 for the first dozen and $15 for each additional dozen shipped to the same address per same order. All products are Shipped on a Monday or Tuesday.
Plant Based for Life Bakery ships all our products via overnight service. All orders must be placed by 5 PM on the day prior to the desired delivery date. However, Plant Based for Life Bakery may occasionally impose earlier order cutoff times during high volume periods. Due to operations restrictions associated with overnight shipping service, Plant Based for Life Bakery cannot ship Products for arrival on Sundays or Mondays. We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery.
Please be aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination and please doublecheck your desired shipping address before completing your order. Plant Based for Life Bakery cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address, or as a result of shipping delays due to inclement weather. Plant Based for Life Bakery will provide you with tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
